About The Position

We are looking for a strong leader to oversee the day-to-day operations in a small Metal Fabrication Shop in order to allow the owner to focus on sales. This is a working lead position with additional duties such as training, assigning work, and tracking quality. Candidates should have strong fabrication skills (saw, punch press, etc.). Welding is helpful but not required. 1st shift hours with some overtime available.

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Open to working on the shop floor (working supervisor)
• Experience operating forklift and saw and performing material handling tasks

Nice To Haves

• Welding skills
• Ability to perform basic machine maintenance
