Ferguson is GROWING , and we're seeking the right individuals to join our new 2nd Shift Fabrication Team . Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm Starting Rate: $26.00/hr.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the strategy, design, manufacture and installation of fabrication projects.
  • Oversees fabrication and quality control, monitoring progress and ensuring production deadlines are met.
  • Prioritizes workflow through the shop and use all resources to implement tasks efficiently and effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Advocates adherence to health and safety procedures, company core values, best manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures, while reducing manufacturing costs.
  • Directs the delivery of training that ensures the workplace is safe and in compliance with OSHA regulations and applicable fire codes.
  • Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
