Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all shop floor activities related to production, quality control, and safety during the second shift. This role ensures delivery schedules are met while maintaining labor efficiency and cost control. The supervisor monitors daily production output to meet established standards, supports equipment maintenance, and provides hands-on assistance when necessary. In addition to managing personnel and workflow, the position includes operating fabrication machinery, driving Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV), performing welding tasks as needed, and training employees on the safe and efficient use of machinery and industrial vehicles. The supervisor plays a key role in fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
