About The Position

The Fabrication Operator runs equipment to accurately place and solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). The role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The operator learns and performs machine operation processes and manual tool operations, follows security and safety policies, and works according to instructions and quality guidelines as part of a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to learn and work with manufacturing machines of various sizes and specialized configurations.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Fast and self-initiating learning.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Some electronics experience.
