About The Position
The Fabrication Operator runs equipment to accurately place and solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). The role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The position is on-site in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to learn and work with manufacturing machines of various sizes and specialized configurations.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize.
- Ability to learn quickly and independently.
- Ability to perform basic mathematics.
- Able to read and understand English.
- Flexible to work overtime as needed.
