About The Position
Armedica/Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Fabrication Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble materials according to specifications and production schedules. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to interpret blueprints or technical drawings in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in a fabrication, machining, or manufacturing environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate fabrication machinery such as saws, press brakes, lasers, shears, or CNC equipment
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Measure and inspect materials to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications
- Perform basic setup and maintenance of fabrication equipment
- Monitor production output and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or material defects
- Follow all company safety guidelines, procedures, and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with material handling, staging, or packing as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
