The Component Aftermarket Integration Product Team (CAIPT) Leader manages F135 Nozzle and 3BSM hardware sustainment. The role leads a cross-functional team—including CSE, CIPT Engineering, ASE, F135 Sustainment, Military Engines Sustainment Operations, and ELMT—to coordinate efforts and meet program sustainment requirements. The CAIPT Lead establishes and executes the aftermarket support strategy, assesses and responds to immediate needs and risks, and works proactively to prevent future issues and implement systemic improvements that ensure hardware availability. This is a high-visibility role that regularly reports and presents to Program leadership and Government customers. The lead owns sustainment items from cradle to grave within the Nozzle/3BSM CIPT and serves as a primary customer contact for Pratt & Whitney. The position is onsite in East Hartford, Connecticut, and requires U.S. citizenship to access program information.
