Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense. This position provides Module specific tactical oversight and management of all areas regarding network repair. It involves developing action plans and solutions to alleviate short-term work stops and long-term capacity constraints, prioritizing assets critical to meeting fleet supportability requirements and metrics. The role also includes initiating file order revisions to support part allocations, coordinating with the scheduling team to ensure part shortages are considered, and coordinating with Rolls Royce on repair development and execution. The position requires presenting twice weekly to the customer at Depot Readiness Reviews.

Requirements

  • BS degree and 8 years of logistics, aircraft and/or propulsion maintenance management experience
  • OR An advanced degree with 5 years of logistics, aircraft and/or propulsion maintenance management experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Engineering and/or Maintenance background
  • Familiarity with the F135 Production/Depot level maintenance
  • Proficient with Microsoft software programs/data bases/Project/Visio
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and organization, with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment, problem solving skills and experience

Responsibilities
