About The Position
Join our team at Tom Wood Honda in Anderson and soon Whitestown, IN as a Finance & Insurance Manager, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dealership’s profitability and customer satisfaction by effectively managing the F&I process. The Tom Wood Group is excited to announce our newest location opening in Whitestown in Early 2027—and we’re building our team now! This rapidly growing area is at the center of one of Indiana’s largest population and economic expansions, with strong growth in jobs, housing, and long-term investment. Honda is already the #1 registered vehicle brand in the greater Whitestown area—yet there’s no local dealership to support these customers. That’s where YOU come in. We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional automotive experience from day one.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of financing, insurance products, and credit analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations related to auto finance.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire finance and insurance process ensuring compliance with all legal and company policies.
- Work closely with customers to secure financing by evaluating credit applications and presenting financing options.
- Present and explain financial products including extended warranties, insurance, and other add-ons.
- Build strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers to offer competitive financing packages.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to meet dealership goals and improve customer experience.
- Stay current on financial products, regulations, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
