About The Position
We are recruiting an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager for our Audi store. This role is for a luxury franchise with a discerning clientele and a performance-based pay plan. The successful candidate will own every delivery (new, used, lease, and cash) with a consistent, compliant menu presentation, drive product performance, and maintain efficient, transparent, and polished operations. A key responsibility is to keep funding clean and CIT (Contract in Transit) tight, ensuring luxury paper does not sit.
Requirements
- Proven F&I manager with verifiable production
- Luxury or import experience strongly preferred
- Fluent in captive programs
- Professional who protects gross through value, not friction
Nice To Haves
- CDK and Darwin experience a plus
