About The Position
We are recruiting an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager for our Audi store. This role is for a luxury franchise with a discerning clientele and a performance-based pay plan. Regardless of volume, if you produce, you get paid. F&I is a discipline that the group builds stores around, and it is not an afterthought.
Requirements
- Proven F&I manager with verifiable production
- Someone fluent in captive programs
- A professional who protects gross through value, not friction
Nice To Haves
- Luxury or import experience strongly preferred
- CDK and Darwin experience a plus
- A track record matters more than a software resume
Responsibilities
- Own every delivery — new, used, lease, and cash with a consistent, compliant menu presentation
- Drive product performance and be efficient, transparent, and polished
- Keep funding clean and CIT tight
