About The Position

Garden Grove Hyundai is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance professional (F&I Manager) to join their team. Requirements

• 2+ years of dealership finance experience is REQUIRED
• Strong focus on CIT REQUIRED
• Proven performance numbers REQUIRED
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Must be a team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with working knowledge of computers.

• CDK experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage dealership finance and insurance operations.
• Focus on CIT (Customer Information Transfer).
• Achieve targeted goals for product penetration and net PVR.
