Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of automotive finance experience required.
• Proven track record of success in automotive finance and sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in dealership finance and insurance (F&I) software systems.
• Knowledge of state and federal finance regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle financing process, explaining available financing options and terms.
• Secure competitive financing rates and terms from lending institutions.
• Present and explain extended warranty and protection plans to customers.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and ensure compliance with financing regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
