The F&I Manager is responsible for helping customers secure financing while maximizing dealership revenue through the sale of finance products, warranties, and other add-ons. This role involves presenting financing options and aftermarket products to customers clearly and transparently, structuring deals for maximum profitability while ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines, and selling a variety of finance and insurance products to increase PVR (Profit Per Vehicle). The F&I Manager will also secure financing through lender partners, submit credit applications, and maintain high closing ratios and consistent PVR performance. Accurate completion of all required paperwork and timely funding of deals are essential. The role requires maintaining detailed knowledge of manufacturer programs, rebates, and lender guidelines, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the sales team for a seamless customer experience. Staying up-to-date with compliance standards is also a key responsibility.
