About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of Hampton is opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility and is seeking a top-performing F&I Manager to lead their F&I department. This role offers a ground-floor opportunity to set the tone for a new building, build processes, and train future producers. The position is for a full-time role with high earning potential, targeting individuals who are consistent closers with a proven track record in F&I.

Requirements

• Proven track record in F&I with references.
• Automotive F&I experience (luxury preferred, but strong producers in other segments are considered).
• Deep lender relationships.
• Elite deal-structuring instincts.
• Hunger, professionalism, and polish.
• Presence expected by a Mercedes-Benz client.

• Monster producer in another segment of automotive F&I.

Responsibilities

• Close deals consistently, aiming for $3,000+ PVR and selling 2.5+ products per deal.
• Maintain a 100% menu presentation rate.
• Build deals that are attractive to lenders and customers.
• Ensure bulletproof compliance with Safeguards, OFAC, Red Flags, and TILA.
• Mentor the desk and coach the sales floor.
• Run the F&I department with ownership mentality.
• Set the standard and tone for a brand-new facility.
• Train future producers.
