About The Position
This position is for an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance professional (F&I Manager) looking for an opportunity in a Fortune 150 company. The dealership is committed to growing its company and its people, and is seeking individuals who are not touching enough deals and want to work at a dealership that believes in growing their career. The role is performance-driven and eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of dealership finance experience is required.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Nice To Haves
- CDK experience a plus.
- A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the financial services department of the dealership.
- Present financing and insurance options to customers.
- Achieve targeted goals related to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a working knowledge of computers and demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.
