Jim Norton Toyota is seeking a driven, customer-focused F&I Manager to join their growing team. The role involves maximizing profitability while ensuring 100% compliance and customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Proven F&I experience in an automotive dealership (1–3 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of lender programs, compliance, and menu selling processes
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Professional presence, high ethical standards, and a strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in DMS/CRM systems and digital menu tools
  • Prior automotive F&I experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department’s overall profitability and product penetration
  • Track portfolio with lenders
  • Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork daily to ensure timely turnaround on all deals
  • Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
  • Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals
  • Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service
  • Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
  • Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers with transparency and integrity
  • Structure deals to ensure profitability while maintaining lender and compliance guidelines
  • Secure financing through strong relationships with multiple lenders and banks
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain and exceed performance goals for PVR, product penetration, and CSI scores
  • Partner with sales managers and sales teams to maximize every opportunity
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds trust and repeat business
