About The Position

Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization. Holman Automotive has an outstanding opportunity for an Automotive Finance Consultant to join their team! This role provides interim support for Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations across multiple store locations during periods of consultant absence due to PTO or attrition, ensuring continuity and operational excellence. The consultant will assure that all buyers are afforded the opportunity to purchase financing, payment protection and other products and services carried which are appropriate for the vehicle purchased. They will maintain a follow-up system for collecting one pay contracts and outstanding titles, and obtain and maintain high customer satisfaction scores. The role involves processing, reviewing, and analyzing customer credit reports, analyzing credit history to determine the probability of bank acceptance of credit applications, and maintaining knowledge of finance and insurance products and manufacturers policies. Additionally, the consultant will train and manage sales consultants in product and paperwork related to F&I Products, maintain knowledge of the industry, create and maintain relationships with industry contacts, and assist desk managers as necessary.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skills
2-5 years of experience as automotive finance manager preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of industry; create and maintain relationships with industry contacts
Assist the desk managers as necessary
