This role rotates across all three F&B venues — giving you broad experience and visibility across the full operation: Banter (All-day restaurant: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails), Treehouse (Rooftop restaurant and bar: Sunset service), and Banquets & Events (Weddings, social events, corporate functions, rooftop activations).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
  • Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • ServSafe or equivalent food handler certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and a curiosity to keep growing

Nice To Haves

  • Banquet or event service experience strongly preferred
  • Hotel F&B experience (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, or lifestyle brands) a significant plus
  • Strong communication skills — comfortable coaching a team member or recovering a guest

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff across multiple outlets
  • Drive service standards and guest experience from pre-shift to last call
  • Own the floor — communicate, delegate, and solve problems before guests notice them
  • Execute banquet events with precision: weddings, social galas, corporate activations
  • Support rooftop operations including setup, service flow, and crowd management
  • Handle guest recovery with grace, urgency, and follow-through
  • Monitor covers, pacing, and labor in real time alongside the F&B Manager
  • Train new team members and model Canopy's brand standards daily
  • Partner with culinary, front desk, and events teams for seamless hotel-wide execution
  • Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and inventory as needed
