Requirements

  • A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads with authenticity.
  • Passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Skilled in motivating and coaching team members to deliver their best.
  • Approachable and engaging, able to connect with both guests and colleagues.
  • Organized and dependable, balancing guest satisfaction with operational needs.
  • Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred IT and computer programing experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience in food & beverage preferred, ideally in a hotel, resort, or upscale dining setting.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations in assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.
  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager in upholding OTH and brand service standards.
  • Coach, train, and guide team members to bring authenticity and personality to every guest interaction.
  • Lead by example on the floor, modeling warm, professional, and unscripted hospitality.
  • Monitor quality, presentation, and timeliness of food and beverage delivery.
  • Assist in managing scheduling, labor control, and inventory to support financial goals.
  • Handle guest feedback with care, resolving issues promptly and turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations.
  • Partner with culinary, banquet, and bar teams to deliver seamless service across all areas.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, positivity, and empowerment within the department.
