The F&B Runner is responsible for ensuring maximum levels of guest service by efficiently cleaning and resetting tables, restocking supplies, and delivering food from the commissary to various venues. This role requires adherence to operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations, and departmental policies. The position also involves maintaining a clean and functional work area, promoting outstanding customer relations with an upbeat and outgoing demeanor, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies. The F&B Runner must be knowledgeable in food and beverage sanitation, guest service, and inventory control, and must be able to notify appropriate staff when assistance is needed. Other related duties may be assigned.
