About The Position

The Royal Palm South Beach Miami is re-opening in 2026 following a transformative $110 million renovation, aiming to reclaim its place as a premium lifestyle hotel. This iconic beachfront destination offers direct access to pristine white-sand beaches, the oceanfront boardwalk, and the cultural, dining, and entertainment energy of Miami Beach. The hotel will feature 404 redesigned guestrooms and 20,000 square feet of flexible event space. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a landmark reopening and help bring a bold new vision to life from the ground up, shaping the guest experience and contributing to a culture rooted in creativity, collaboration, and elevated hospitality. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all food and beverage operations, including managing budgets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, developing menus, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs
• Proficient in menu planning and development
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Experience preferably in a hotel/resort setting
• ServSafe certification
