The F&B Manager will lead daily operations across all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring service excellence and team alignment with Atrium’s Core Values. This role drives revenue through creative promotions, upselling strategies, and collaboration with Culinary and Event Sales teams. The manager will oversee banquet execution and support client satisfaction through effective communication and agile event coordination. Additionally, they will coach and develop associates across the department, building a strong service-focused culture, maintain financial responsibility by adhering to forecasts, managing labor, and monitoring departmental costs, and ensure full compliance with health codes, licensing laws, and Atrium standards.
