About The Position

The F&B Manager will oversee daily restaurant, bar, and casino beverage operations, supervising both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff. This role involves managing scheduling, labor controls, staffing levels, and maintaining high service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. The manager will also be involved in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management, as well as monitoring food and beverage costs, inventory, and purchasing. Collaboration with kitchen leadership is key to ensuring food quality and efficient service. The position requires enforcing internal control policies, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting casino promotions, VIP events, and resort initiatives. Compliance with health department regulations and company policies is essential, along with performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of food & beverage management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, and labor management
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices
  • Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications for casino operations
  • Must complete all required company training

Nice To Haves

  • Restaurant, casino, hotel, or resort experience preferred
  • Experience overseeing both FOH and BOH operations
  • High-volume hospitality or casino experience
  • Familiarity with POS and inventory systems
