About The Position

As a Food & Beverage Manager with Superhost Hospitality at Embassy Suites Naperville, you are a key leader responsible for delivering exceptional dining and event experiences across all outlets. This role oversees restaurant, bar, and banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution, strong financial performance, and a consistently high level of guest satisfaction. What to Expect in Your First Few Months In your initial phase, you will gain a full understanding of our Food & Beverage operations, team structure, and service standards. You will work closely with hotel leadership to assess opportunities, strengthen team performance, and implement strategies to drive revenue, control costs, and elevate the guest experience across all outlets. Requirements

  • Operational Expertise: Proven experience managing high-volume restaurant, bar, and banquet operations
  • Financial Acumen: Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization
  • Leadership: Ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Guest-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Composure Under Pressure: Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Previous Food & Beverage management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet functions
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and service flow to support high-volume business levels
  • Lead, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Monitor and control costs including labor, food, and beverage expenses
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure all service standards, cleanliness, and brand expectations are consistently met
  • Collaborate with Sales and Events teams to execute successful banquet and group functions
  • Address guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
