About The Position

The F&B Manager at a Member's Club is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for club members and their guests. This role involves strategic planning, managing budgets, and leading a team to deliver high-quality service while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The manager will collaborate closely with culinary and service teams to innovate menus and enhance member satisfaction. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably within a private club or upscale hospitality environment.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and financial performance in an F&B setting.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations applicable to food and beverage operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Leadership skills daily to inspire and guide the team toward delivering exceptional service that meets the club’s high standards.
• Financial acumen is essential for managing budgets, analyzing sales data, and implementing cost-control measures to ensure profitability.
• Communication skills are critical for collaborating with culinary staff, suppliers, and other departments, as well as for engaging with members to understand and exceed their expectations.
• Problem-solving abilities are frequently applied to address operational challenges and member concerns promptly and effectively.
• Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements ensures the club remains compliant and competitive while offering innovative and appealing food and beverage options.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE) or similar professional certification.
• Experience working in a member’s club or luxury hospitality environment.
• Proficiency with F&B management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail trends.
• Strong event planning and coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the club, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding customer service aligned with the club’s standards.
• Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the culinary team, focusing on quality, variety, and member preferences.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a safe environment for staff and members.
• Coordinate with other departments to plan and execute special events and member functions.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best quality products at competitive prices.
• Analyze member feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
