About The Position

Our purpose is to provide a fun, friendly and hospitable experience for all our guests. Utilizing the latest QR Code and Handheld service technologies, our Hospitality Specialists deliver the most unique and engaging eating and drinking adventure in the North State. We’re seeking “Champions of Hospitality” who thrive in the moment and strive to entertain and indulge our patrons in all phases of their guest experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of beer, wine and liquor
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Pass initial drug screening
  • Pass background investigation
  • Pass random drug tests
  • Pass credit check
  • Obtain training in food safety and responsible beverage service of the Casino’s choosing
  • Genuine commitment to Hospitality and Guest Service
  • Strong time and task management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with the TEAM to ensure a top-notch guest experience
  • Excellent Communicator, Friendly and Sociable
  • Great attention to detail, highly accommodating and attentive
  • Ability to take initiative, finding thoughtful and creative ways to better the experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and response to questions from managers, customers, and the general public effectively and courteously
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
  • Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form
  • Ability to deal with problems, which may involve several concrete variables

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and direct our Guests as they arrive
  • Provide guidance and support to Guests with TOAST QR Code ordering platform
  • Provide cocktail service to Guests with TOAST Handheld POS
  • Inspect and Test currency to avoid accepting counterfeit bills
  • Host the Guest Experience with thoughtful and personal table management
  • Accept and post payments with special attention paid to accurately transacting Tier Resort Benefit Card discounts for our Players.
  • Promote venue specials, promotions and events
  • Assist with expediting food and drink orders
  • Enhance the Guest Experience with thoughtful recommendations and insight
  • Ensure our Guests enjoy a comfortable, clean and FUN! environment
