About The Position

Join the Anakeesta team as a Food & Beverage Attendant, where you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. From quick bites to sweet treats, you’ll deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming food service environment across our park’s dining locations.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts.
• Must be willing to attend Serv-Safe class to obtain certification.
• Must be willing to attend TABC class to obtain certification.
• Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move materials independently and with team assistance when necessary.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching overhead.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces and stairs.
• Ability to safely handle heavy, bulky, or awkward items using proper lifting techniques and assistance as needed.
• Capable of working in a physically demanding environment with frequent movement and manual labor activities.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including counters, equipment, and guest-facing spaces.
• Restock food, beverage, and supply items as needed throughout the shift.
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to questions or concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety policies and procedures.
• Support other food and beverage locations or duties as assigned.
