About The Position

This position is responsible for consolidating, reporting and analyzing airline expense. This position will work cross-functionally with multiple departments to understand key drivers behind variances to plan and last year. He/She also provides application support for new financial systems. In addition, he/she will perform various ad hoc financial analyses at the request of management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or International Equivalent – Preferred
• Strong technical skills and proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities with strong attention to detail
• Proficient understanding of accounting principles and demonstrates an understanding of financial acumen and concepts
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Producing and analyzing monthly airline expense reports.
• Review of journal entries to ensure expenses are appropriately recognized.
• Prepares monthly business performance review presentations to track and report Airline KPIs and results.
• Prepares quarterly Investor Relations presentations.
• Acts as the liaison for Airline cash overrides between internal customers and Corporate.
• Works cross-functionally with other Airline departments to maintain and update cost hierarchy structure in OneStream.
• Applies working knowledge of theories, practices, and/or procedures within job discipline.
• Broadens capabilities and understanding of company processes.
