About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior F-15 Staff Analyst (Level 4 or Level 5) to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team in Berkeley, MO! This role involves developing plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives, providing data for management review and tracking performance to plan, and developing, coordinating and assessing the architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. The analyst will conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources, deliver informational or technical materials, and research and evaluate strategic organizational issues to identify options. Additionally, the role includes providing strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events, developing and maintaining the project schedule and budget, monitoring and tracking execution of the plan, and communicating status to all project participants. Planning and coordinating organizational facility requirements and developing and deploying localized training content are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 5+ years of experience managing business metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
  • 5+ years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership
  • 5+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
