About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior F-15 Staff Analyst (Level 4 or Level 5) to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team in Berkeley, MO! This role involves developing plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives, and providing data for management review and tracking performance to plan. The analyst will also develop, coordinate, and assess the architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings, conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources, and deliver informational or technical materials. Additionally, the position requires researching and evaluating strategic organizational issues, identifying options, and providing strategic design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings/events. The analyst will develop and maintain the project schedule and budget, monitor and track execution of the plan, and communicate status to all project participants. Planning and coordinating organizational facility requirements and developing and deploying localized training content are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 5+ years of experience managing business metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
  • 5+ years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership
  • 5+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
