About The Position

The Eye Patient Services Representative will apply knowledge of office procedures and carry out tasks accordingly. This role requires excellent customer service and the ability to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, be computer literate, and detail-oriented. The position involves working flexible hours, including Sundays. Experience as a receptionist and with cashiering in a medical setting is preferred. A minimum of two years of experience and a HS Diploma or GED are required.
