Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (completed before the start date)
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as required
Reliable transportation to Menomonie, WI (54751), or relocation before starting
Experience working on equipment in extrusion, automotive repair, farm operations, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or similar mechanical environments
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

Strong mechanical aptitude
Experience with equipment teardowns, troubleshooting, machine setup, and changeovers
Basic computer and data entry skills
Attention to detail
Experience operating Powered Industrial Vehicles safely
Ability to work comfortably at elevated heights
Post-high school education or training
Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented work style

Responsibilities

Follow safe work behaviors and look out for hazards
Set up and operate the extruders, die and resin handling systems, and supporting equipment
Conduct testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods to ensure conformance to product specifications
Perform preventative maintenance, changeovers, and troubleshooting on equipment
Work on elevated platforms up to 5 stories high
Maintain timely and accurate production reporting documentation
Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
