JOB DETAILS Maintenance Technician II is an Electro-Mechanical position. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, supporting manufacturing operations, adjusting and repairing equipment as needed, tracking usage of and ordering replacement parts Diagnose and repair complex electromechanical problems with manufacturing equipment Perform detailed setup on equipment, including recipe changes and control adjustments Repair and keep mechanical machine components in top operating condition Perform simple to complex mechanical preventive maintenance Tasks following instructions Intermediate understanding of electrical principles such as voltage, current, and resistance Intermediate understanding of electrical principles such as voltage, current, and resistance · Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, photo eyes, etc Troubleshoot the inputs and outputs on PLC and repair issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of and experience with Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures
  • Able to strictly adhere to safety policies/procedures and be committed to customer quality.
  • Must be available for regular standby assignments; work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Ability to assist in Training Level I Technicians
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
