Extrusion Operator
About The Position
The Thermoforming/Extrusion Operator works at the direction of the Production Senior Lead and Production Supervisor to ensure the company safely and efficiently produces high-quality products. The role is responsible for safely and efficiently operating thermoforming and/or extrusion production equipment and performing minor repairs as directed or trained. The operator also actively and professionally trains less experienced full-time and temporary associates to help meet and exceed production needs. The position requires satisfactory performance of its duties, along with the physical and mental abilities needed to perform essential functions. Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalence certificate; equivalent experience may substitute where the associate demonstrates the necessary skills and capability.
- Experience in plastics thermoforming is required.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.
