In this key role, you will take ownership of setting up, operating, and troubleshooting bulk roll film extrusion equipment to deliver top-quality products.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, equivalent, or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven ability to read precision measuring tools accurately.
  • Adaptability to handle shifting production priorities and short-notice overtime.
  • Commitment to safety, open communication, and eagerness to cross-train.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and maintain extrusion and material handling machinery per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor gauges, valves, temperatures, and pressures.
  • Conduct routine tests and inspect product dimensions using calibrated measuring tools.
  • Identify equipment abnormalities, analyze root causes, and suggest continuous improvements to reduce waste and rework.
  • Load raw materials, manage machine controls, unload finished goods, and maintain accurate production logs.
  • Actively support site safety standards and collaborate across teams to achieve shared production goals.
