About The Position

Milacron is looking for an Extrusion Aftermarket Intern to join our team in Batavia, OH. The Extrusion Aftermarket Intern will support extrusion tooling sales and aftermarket initiatives by helping develop a go-to-market strategy for extrusion tooling. This internship provides hands-on exposure to an industrial sales environment, with a focus on customer engagement, process development, and sales enablement. The intern will work closely with sales and engineering stakeholders to help shape a virtual tooling sales process that improves customer experience and supports aftermarket growth.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
• Interest in industrial sales, aftermarket services, or extrusion-related products
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute

Responsibilities

• Support the development of a go-to-market strategy for extrusion tooling
• Assist in building a virtual extrusion tooling sales process
• Engage with customers to understand their tooling needs and capabilities
• Help prepare and present tailored tooling solutions to address customer requirements
• Aggregate and organize product specifications to streamline information for sales teams
• Support downstream sales initiatives, including sales training materials and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and marketing
