Equal Rights Advocates (ERA) is seeking rising third-year law students or recent graduates to sponsor for post-graduate attorney public interest fellowships. The fellowship is for one to two years, beginning in Fall 2027, and will focus on advancing gender justice through impact litigation, policy advocacy, public education, and direct legal services. The fellow will work on a hybrid or remote basis and should be based in either the San Francisco or the Washington, DC area. ERA will collaborate with fellows to develop proposals addressing critical gender justice issues and organizational priorities. Responsibilities will include litigation and counseling individuals. ERA has a strong track record of securing fellowship awards and will support candidates in developing strong proposals, particularly those applying to multiple funders.
