Overview of the Health Plan Operations Administrative Fellowship 12-month program: July 2027 – July 2028 Location: Salt Lake City, UT, with potential opportunity to rotate or visit other areas within the system Personalized and immersive experience, such as 70% of time for region specific rotations and project(s) Commercial products and sales Government products Provider development/contracting Health plan operations 30% of time for learning and development (rotations across integrated health system, leadership coaching and mentoring, alumni forum with case presentation, engaging with enterprise leadership) Work side-by-side with key members of the Select Health Senior Leadership team to gain understanding of basic health plan operations and how Select Health is working with parent company (Intermountain) to advance value-based care Other Available Fellowships: You must apply to each individual Fellowship that you are interested in to receive consideration Healthcare Operations / Canyons Region - Focus on healthcare operations across hospitals, medical group, and rural facilities (home base: Salt Lake City, UT) Proactive Care / Desert Region - Focus on value-based care (“proactive care”) and population health (home base: Las Vegas, NV)
