About The Position
Window World – Akron/Canton Area is seeking a driven Exterior Design Consultant who values transparency, family, and ownership. Unlike high-pressure sales environments, Window World offers a professional, consultative sales approach with a proven 10-step process. This role offers uncapped earning potential, with true six-figure income achievable through the sale of windows, doors, siding, and gutters. You will be provided with leads, and you will own the customer relationship without the concern of leads being taken away. Requirements
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or in-home consultations.
- A "no-gimmick" sales approach and belief in the value of Made in the USA products.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a commission-based role where effort directly impacts earnings.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, building rapport, and explaining technical benefits.
- Familiarity with the Northeast Ohio region is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional, consultative sales for windows, doors, siding, and gutters.
- Utilize a proven 10-step sales process to guide customers from initial contact through closing.
- Build rapport and explain technical benefits of products to homeowners.
- Handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Manage customer relationships and follow up as needed, even if a second visit is required.
- Participate in company events and charitable initiatives.
