Tire & Service Technician - Akron/North Canton Area
About The Position
A New Flynn's Tire location is coming soon to the Akron - Canton Area! Get your career started and work yourself up to the next level with Flynn’s Tire & Auto Service! Earn up to $20/hour depending on your skill level, experience, and certifications. Our compensation includes a base rate pay plus a weekly productivity bonus. We support employee growth and career development. We will pay for ASE certifications and provide training so you can grow and create a career path. Earn up to 20 paid off days/year plus 6 paid holidays. Never work on a Sunday or major holiday. We offer a comprehensive retirement savings plan, medical, dental, and other valuable insurance plans.
Requirements
- Acceptable MVR and Background Check
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- Can lift 20 – 80 pounds
- No experience needed
Responsibilities
- Perform all tire related services
- Perform basic auto maintenance
- Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations
- Mount & Balance Tires
- Tire Repairs
- Oil and Filter Changes
- Vehicle Courtesy Checks
- Preventive Maintenance
- Follow MAP Standards
