This role offers uncapped commission with six-figure potential and schedule flexibility. Requirements

• Proven track record of success in outside sales or in-home consultations.
• Exceptional communication skills, including building instant rapport and listening to client needs.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Driven to succeed in a commission-based role.
• Familiarity with the greater Northeast Ohio region is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and present Window World products.
• Close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with clients.
• Utilize cutting-edge sales tools for presentations and quoting.
• Sell a diverse product portfolio including windows, doors, siding, gutters, and more.
