Pressure Washing Tech - Night Shift
About The Position
SOR is hiring one more Exterior Cleaning Technician to join their strong and proud team. This posting is exclusively for a night shift (pressure washing, holiday lighting) role. Training will occur during the day starting with a two hour orientation on Friday, October 9 followed by two weeks of day shift training (Mon-Fri, 7:30AM start). After training, you will move to night shift (Sun-Thurs, 7PM start). The role is full-time with predictable weekly pay, deposited every Friday. Technicians who show up, take initiative, and carry themselves professionally can move into salaried LT roles quickly. SOR is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements
- A valid NC or SC driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Dependable transportation to our Charlotte warehouse. (1392 Center Park Dr, Charlotte, NC 28217)
- Dependability above all. You do what you say, every day, on site by 7:30 AM Monday through Friday.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal safety instructions in English, required to perform the job safely.
- Willingness to raise a hand early when something is unclear or off track.
- A drug-free, safety-first mindset and professional conduct on the job.
- Physical capability to meet the demands of the role.

Nice To Haves
- Comfort working at heights. Ladder, roof, or elevated work experience is a real plus, though not required.
- Prior outdoor or physical work (construction, landscaping, roofing, moving, warehouse, agriculture) is helpful, not required.
- A team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Handle hoses, wands, ladders, and safety harnesses correctly and safely.
- Meet OSHA and internal safety standards on every job.
- Lift or pull up to 75 lbs, including holding equipment overhead for stretches of time.
- Work at height within fall-protection guidelines.
- Follow daily job assignments and safety protocols accurately.
