About The Position

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is hiring a full-time Pressure Washing Technician for its Dallas-area team. The role involves operating pressure-washing equipment and completing service projects throughout Texas and surrounding states. Technicians report to the Dallas warehouse by 8:00 AM each workday and may travel up to 100% of the time when business needs require it, approximately 20 weeks per year. Weekend travel may be required. No previous pressure-washing experience is required; CCS provides training and support. The company supplies vehicles, equipment, shirts, and tools. CCS describes opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles.

Requirements

Ability and willingness to travel extensively when required.
Valid driver's license and a minimum of 3–5 years of clean driving history.
Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work on ladders, and perform physical labor throughout the day.
Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
Desire to grow with the company and pursue future leadership opportunities.

Nice To Haves

Experience driving larger trucks, towing trailers, or operating commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

Remain on-site until daily projects are completed.
