About The Position

St. Casimir Catholic School, located in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking a responsible, energetic, and caring After Care Assistant to support students in PreK3 through Grade 8 during after-school hours. The ideal candidate will help supervise and engage students in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment while promoting their well-being and enjoyment until dismissal and pick-up.

Requirements

Supervise and engage students in PreK3 through Grade 8 in a safe, supportive, and friendly manner.
Organize and facilitate age-appropriate recreational activities, including arts and crafts, group games, homework assistance, and outdoor play.
Assist with snack distribution and monitor students during snack time.
Ensure that students' emotional and physical needs are met.
Communicate with parents or guardians at pick-up time, providing updates on their child's day.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to manage student behavior and provide support as needed.
