About The Position
As part of BMD’s long-term international growth strategy, we are exploring opportunities to enter the U.S. construction market. To support this journey, we are inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from BMD team members across the business who may be interested in future opportunities to work on projects in the U.S. as the pipeline develops. Who we’re looking for This EOI is open to all BMD team members, regardless of discipline or current role. We welcome interest from individuals with experience or passion in a broad range of functions, including: Project delivery and site leadership Engineering and technical roles Commercial, planning and project controls Health, safety, environment and quality Corporate, support and operational roles that enable project delivery Whether your experience is site-based, office-based or specialist in nature, we encourage anyone interested in contributing to BMD’s future presence in the U.S. to register. Project opportunities While specific projects have not yet been confirmed, future opportunities may arise across a range of infrastructure and construction sectors as we assess the U.S. market and develop partnerships. Important information This is an exploratory process to help BMD understand internal interest and capability. Submitting an EOI does not constitute a formal offer of employment or a commitment to relocate. Expansion into the U.S. will take time and will depend on market conditions, project opportunities and business strategy. Applicants will be kept informed as the region develops and opportunities begin to take shape. Should roles become available, suitable global mobility and relocation arrangements will be developed for team members who progress to confirmed positions.
