About The Position

As part of BMD’s long-term growth strategy, we are continuing to explore opportunities to expand our operations across key local and global markets, including the United Kingdom, United States and the Philippines. Our Constructions business is also expanding our footprint in South Australia with a strong pipeline of upcoming defence projects. To support this growth, we are inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from BMD team members across the business who may be interested in future international and local opportunities as project pipelines develop in these regions. This EOI will help us understand internal capability, experience and regional interest as BMD progresses its expansion strategy. This is an exploratory process to help BMD understand internal interest and capability. Submitting an EOI does not constitute a formal offer of employment or a commitment to relocate. Expansion will take time and will depend on market conditions, project opportunities and business strategy. Applicants will be kept informed as the region develops and opportunities begin to take shape. Should roles become available, suitable global mobility and relocation arrangements will be developed for team members who progress to confirmed positions. Requirements

• BMD team member
• Experience or passion in a broad range of functions, including: Project delivery and site leadership, Engineering and technical roles, Commercial, planning and project controls, Health, safety, environment and quality, Corporate, support and operational roles that enable project delivery.
• Background can be site-based, office-based or specialist in nature.

Responsibilities

• Nominate preferred region(s) of interest (United Kingdom, United States, Philippines, South Australia).
• Contribute to BMD’s future international and local presence.
