About The Position

Olympia Kia is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Express Technician to join our fast-paced and supportive service team. As part of our Express Service Team, you’ll gain hands-on experience while working with a team that values integrity, teamwork, and top-tier customer care.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Prior automotive experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to Service Advisors
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist in shop organization and customer satisfaction efforts
