About The Position

As the Receptionist, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll greet guests, manage incoming calls, assist dealership staff, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- Assist customers with basic dealership inquiries
- Support sales, service, and administrative departments as needed
- Manage incoming mail, packages, and dealership communications
- Help maintain customer records and dealership databases
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
