About The Position
Morgan Auto Group is seeking an entry-level Express Technician to join its team at Lake City CDJR. The role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement, including in-house technician training and progressive pay based on experience and certifications. Pay starts at $15–$20 per hour; compensation is based on experience and certifications, and candidates are directed to ask the hiring manager for further details. The technician performs express vehicle services, conducts visual inspections, documents findings in digital inspection reports, and maintains a clean and organized work area. Weekends are required.

Responsibilities
- Perform express services promptly while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Check and top off fluid levels and tire pressures for every vehicle serviced.
- Reset oil reminder lights and replace oil change reminder stickers.
- Lubricate suspension fittings and door hinges.
- Conduct general visual inspections and document findings on a digital inspection report.
- Complete services within the allotted time set by management.
- Provide the completed inspection report to the Service Advisor for customer review.
- Immediately report safety concerns or equipment failures to the Service Manager or Shop Foreman.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
